This is the front of the art and design section. It would be the first thing the audience see when entering the library. I wanted to display the logo so people would take note of it. The graphic next to it represents a paintbrush, keeping with the art and design theme, and then some paint splatter coming from it.

This is the reverse side. You have to actually be in the art and design section to see this wall. I wanted to push the logo again so that everybody knew that this area is what it is about. I repeated the idea of the paintbrush and added some more vector artwork to include the rest of the structure

This is the first wall I designed, I wanted to include some typography that related to the brief. I merged it with more of the similar vector art that follows the styles of the rest of the walls I have done. The type would appear to sit on top of the bookcases.

This was the final wall, it was much of the same vector art to decorate the wall, I managed to manipulate it in Photoshop so that you could see how the art would wrap around the walls.

I decided to mock up a bit of the vectors that would wrap around the pillars. The idea was that it would snake around the pillar with the same design each time.
